Sky Reputation Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of the Terms
By purchasing any of the services offered by Sky Reputation through the payment links available on our website, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. It is the user’s responsibility to read and understand these terms before making any transaction.

2. Purpose of the Agreement
Sky Reputation offers online reputation management services, which include the removal, deindexing, and modification of negative content on the Internet. The scope of these services is detailed in each specific contract agreed upon with the client.

3. Contracting and Payment Processes
By making the initial payment through our payment links, the client confirms acceptance of these terms. Full or partial payment of the services is required to begin the work. The agreed delivery deadlines will start counting from the receipt of the payment.

4. Refunds
If Sky Reputation does not meet the agreed deadlines or fails to successfully manage the contracted links as stipulated, the client may request a proportional refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@skyreputation.com, detailing the reasons and the specific breach.

5. Service Guarantee
Sky Reputation commits to undertaking all necessary actions to achieve the objectives specified in the contract. However, the client understands that certain external factors (such as third-party interventions) may influence the results and deadlines. Sky Reputation is not responsible for the reappearance of links or similar content after the completion of the contracted service.

6. Subcontracting
Sky Reputation reserves the right to subcontract services to third parties to improve the guarantee of results. This does not affect Sky Reputation’s commitment and responsibility in providing the contracted services.

7. Confidentiality
All information exchanged between the client and Sky Reputation will be treated confidentially. Sky Reputation will not disclose any information related to the services provided, except in cases required by law or with the express consent of the client.

8. Data Protection
Sky Reputation complies with current data protection regulations. Personal data provided by the client will be processed in accordance with the law. The client has the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of their personal data by submitting a written request to info@skyreputation.com.

9. Applicable Law
Any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
